Back in August, Malia Obama was having the time in her life at Lollapalooza, but things may have turned out for the worst for the former first daughter if the Las Vegas gunman Stephen Paddock had his way. It was revealed that Stephen, who has been labeled as the person behind the deadliest shooting in US history, had booked more than one room in August that overlooked the major concert held in Chicago.

According to reports, the 64-year-old booked one room at the Blackstone Hotel for August 1 and another for an August 3. The festival began on August 3 and ended on August 6, which was the checkout date for both rooms.

While Malia certainly had security guards protecting her, that would not have kept her from harms way. The hotel Stephen booked overlooked the crowd at Lollapalooza and the crowd would have had a hard time finding a way to escape due to Lake Michigan.
