Fresh off her modeling stint in Beyoncé's Ivy Park fall athleisure campaign, Laverne Cox paid it forward by offering the "Lemonade" singer tips on bringing up twins.
A twin herself, Laverne was happy to lend a hand to Beyoncé, whose little ones Sir Carter and Rumi are almost four months old.
"It was really important for my brother and I to have our own identities and not be brought up as a unit," Laverne said. "That was annoying."
She goes on, "Treat them as individuals, not just one person."

Beyoncé appeared to have things covered when she was off preparing for the twins' healthy arrival while Laverne was shooting the Ivy Park campaign. "But obviously she approved everything," Laverne revealed. "It's just wild to have Beyoncé look at the proofs from your photo shoot."
"I’m just so happy for the kids—could you imagine having Beyoncé as your mother?" The Beyoncé superfan could barely hold in her excitement.
