Jeremy posted the blurry photo of himself sitting in the back of an unknown vehicle wearing handcuffs and simply captioned the photo, “Uh oh.”

The photo led fans to believe that Jeremy was arrested. However, he clarified on his Instagram account that it was just a throwback photo. “Ha found this on my old phone what a night,” he wrote.

Jeremy continued to assure fans that it was just a simple joke on his Twitter account. “Friend of mine is a cop so in return I got a dirty joke played on me years ago after turning 21,” he tweeted.
Besides not being arrested, Jeremy is also not getting back together with Leah! Despite reports saying Jeremy and Leah are giving their marriage a second chance, a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com that they are “definitely” not getting back together.
