After Leah Messer lost custody of daughters Ali and Aleeah to ex-husband Corey Simms, the Teen Mom 2 star has been trying to prove that she deserves her twins back. But her latest scandal could prevent her from receiving custody for good! Corey is reportedly taking his ex-wife back to court for stealing money from her daughters’ bank accounts – again!

In Touch reports that the mother-of-three daughters stole $10,000 from Ali’s bank account. “Corey is taking Leah to court,” a source told the magazine. “He is furious that she took that money.”

In December, an insider revealed to the publication that Leah drained $10,000 from her daughter Ali’s trust fund. “That cash was supposed to go to college tuition, or in Ali’s case – since she suffers from muscular dystrophy – medical needs,” the source said. “But Leah took all of it.”

Since Leah has yet to replace the $20,000 from her 5-year-old twins’ accounts, Corey is ready to do “whatever he can to make sure it’s put back.” The insider added, “She always had an excuse as to why the money wasn’t there.”

The 26-year-old water-distribution manager had his lawyers subpoena the bank records. “He’s prepared to fight,” the source said. “And you better believe that he’s going to make sure that Leah doesn’t do anything to jeopardize their future.”
