Liam Hemsworth's career has taken a very obvious backseat since his latest film Independence Day bombed – and an insider exclusively revealed to OK! that it’s because he wants to “settle down and play Mr Mom” and let fiancée Miley Cyrus bring home the bacon.
“He jokes that he doesn’t have to work because his fiancée is so loaded," a source confessed. His long-term girlfriend Miley is "worth $200m compared to Liam’s $16m," they said, "but part of it is because he just can’t get a foothold in the business while his brother Chris is doing so well."
Liam and Miley are ready to walk down the isle — the pop singer's mom is already planning their big day.
Despite the fact that Liam's been fed up with Miley's drug use, he's really looking forward to enjoying her Voice money.
"He’s happy to take things easy at home and hold down the fort while she starts prepping for a new album and tour," the insider said.
