Dorinda Medley’s 50th birthday kicked off with the housewives celebrating over champagne and caviar. But in typical Real Housewives of New York fashion, it ended with LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer fighting, and even a threat from The Countess to stick Ramona’s face in the caviar! The bickering all started when Heather Thomson gave Ramona a compliment. “You’ve changed," she said. "Even the three years I’ve known you, there has been a metamorphosis.” Instead of appreciating her compliment, Ramona insisted that their past scuffles were all Heather’s doing! “You do have this evasive wall up," Ramona said. "Dorinda is very welcoming. So when she’s welcoming, I kind of bring down my wall so I can be myself.”
As the ladies went back and forth over who had their walls up, Heather tried to put an end to the tension. “What I am trying to say to you is, we did not get off on the right foot together,” Heather explained. “I have seen a lot of change and growth in you as a person.”
But Ramona continued to ignore Heather’s compliments, which infuriated LuAnn. The Countess then brought up how Ramona told Dorinda what she said about the new housewife's boyfriend John Mahdessian. “We had a conversation, Ramona and I, about things in particular that we don’t like about John,” LuAnn said in her confessional. “But this conversation was meant to be between us. Of course, it circled back to Dorinda and she called me.”

Ramona threw LuAnn under the bus for the comments, even though she bashed John too! “You said something and I’m not going to repeat it,” Ramona said to LuAnn. “Why would you share something very negative about her boyfriend to me? Why did you open your f**king mouth?”

Realizing she was being used as a scapegoat, LuAnn responded, “I’m afraid that I can’t trust you. I began to trust you and then it slaps me in the face.”
When Ramona told John, “I don’t know what LuAnn is trying to pull. I know you make Dorinda happy and that’s all I care about,” LuAnn fired, “I’m going to stick Ramona’s face in the caviar right now!”
