Mandy Moore officially married Dawes musician Taylor Goldsmith! The couple made things official in front of a close-knit group of friends and family on Sunday afternoon, November 18, at their Los Angeles mansion. Scroll through to get all the details.
The couple who got engaged over a year ago, opted for a smaller and very private wedding. It was an "intimate backyard wedding at Mandy's home that started just after sundown on Sunday evening," a source told E! News. "There was a small group of family and friends that looked to be about 50 people."
According to the same insider, the wedding theme was "very boho," and had "rugs on the floor surrounding the altar. The flower arrangements were beautiful with lots of large feathers." After the ceremony, guests gathered to The Fig House, which is an event space that you can rent out for private parties in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Another source told E! that while there was no formal dinner, Room Forty provided the guests with a "number of food stations around the venue, including meat, chicken, vegetarian, raw food, flat bread, cheese and charcuterie and more." As for the cake, the newlyweds decided to go the non-traditional route and opted to have "12 different kinds of cake for people to try."
The A Walk To Remember star had previously hinted that her big day wouldn't be all so big after all, so the limited amount of guests and casual vibe was no surprise. "It's not going to be some lavish affair, its maybe something that isn't going to require as much planning or at least that's what I'm telling myself," Mandy told E! a few months ago.
While the guest list was limited, some special people that made the cut included a few of the 34-year-old's This Is Us co-stars, including Milo Ventimiglia and Sterling K. Brown. "Taylor is an amazing guy. I love him so much," Milo told People just days after the couple got engaged last September. "I love Mandy so much. I’m really happy that they’re going to be joining the club!”
Chrissy Metz, who plays Mandy's daughter on the NBC hit show, was also at the wedding. Some other familiar faces that made an appearance to the event were he ex Wilmer Valderrama and Friday Night Light's actress Minka Kelly.
