Matt Barnes Celebrates His Twins' Birthday After Winning Sole Custody Of Them

Matt Barnes celebrated his twin sons Carter and Isaiah's birthday on Sunday only days after he was awarded sole custody of them over ex-wife Gloria Govan. Read on for all the details.

The former NBA star posted a photo of his two sons with a big pile of Krispy Kreme donuts in the middle. "Happy 10th to my guys," he wrote.

He went all out as Matt shared a bunch of videos of him on his way to picking up the delicious dessert items. "But I do it for my babies," he wrote on one of his Instagram stories.

It turned into a big celebration for them as Carter and Isaiah celebrated with a ton of their friends later on in the day.

Their party comes only days after Matt was awarded sole custody of them following an altercation that occurred outside their school over the summer.

Gloria was arrested after she allegedly chased behind Matt (with the kids in his car) because she thought it was not his weekend to take them. A judge ultimately decided to not charge her because of it.

Matt and Gloria have had other issues for years since they split up in 2014.  In an October 3, 2015 incident, Matt went to Laura’s home to check on their sons when an alleged physical altercation took place between him and her now fiancé Derek Fisher.
