Meghan Markle is making up for lost time! After a successful baby shower earlier in the day, the Duchess of Sussex was spotted grabbing some dinner with a few of her state-side friends in New York City — one being professional tennis player, Serena Williams!
On Tuesday, February 19, Meghan 37, who is expecting her first child with Prince Harry, was thrown a private baby shower by her closest friends at The Mark Hotel in Manhattan.
After the festivities earlier in the day, the mama-to-be was spotted out on the town with her long-time bestie Serena, 37.
The women were seen leaving Ralph Lauren's restaurant The Polo Bar for a bite to eat, along with a couple other friends.
Markus Anderson, who is said to have introduced Meghan and Harry, 34, at the Invictus Games in 2016, was seen walking into the restaurant with the Duchess. Meghan's other BFF, Jessica Mulroney, was also at dinner.
The Suits alum showed off her pregnancy glow with a navy blue Victoria Beckham coat, denim jeans, and black boots. She held her essentials in a black Stella McCartney handbag and kept warm in a black scarf.
Serena opted for a more casual look. She wore a monochromatic black outfit, which consisted of a knee-length black blazer with brown checkered detailing, black leggings, and combat boots. The US Open star kept her dark locks pulled back and she accessorized with chunky black eye glasses.
