This comes as no surprise considering her own father, Thomas Markle, keeps talking to gossip magazines and spilling details about her private life.

Back in July, another source revealed that the newlyweds were fed up with Thomas’ media tour. The person said, “They are frustrated he keeps speaking to the tabloids and taking payment for interviews.”

Though her social circle keeps shrinking, the 37-year-old has made it her duty to maintain the friends she still has, keeping them as close as her busy royal schedule allows.

Just last month the Duchess of Sussex jetted off to visit her best friend, Jessica Mulroney. She even flew coach like a mere commoner! The BFFs spent the trip “catching up, cooking together and, of course, playing with Jessica’s children.” It was presumably a relief for Meghan to be surrounded by people she has known for years.
