Mel B may be going through a bitter divorce with Stephen Belafonte but she at least won one battle so far. Her former nanny, who has been put in the center of their doomed marriage, is legally unable to come near her!
As OK! readers know, Mel B in mindblowing court documents claims Stephen had an affair with the nanny, and even impregnated her. Lorraine Giles, who has sued the singer for defamation of character, has vehemently denied the accusations. And she has good reason to considering she’s also married!
This week, it was revealed Mel B was granted a five-year restraining order against Lorraine, which means she cannot contact her or come within 100 yards of her.

Meanwhile, Stephen was spotted having an intense conversation with a mystery woman in West Hollywood, California at 2 AM.
And it doesn't look good that after recently being accused of abusing Mel B, he could be seen grabbing the woman's arm during the late night chat.
