The duo has been inseparable lately. They were first spotted together at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Night getting cozy on the haunted hayride. A week later, they partied the night away in West Hollywood. Miley then stepped out with Patrick, his mother Maria Shriver and his sister Katherine at the Still Alice Q&A.

A source told the Daily News of their night out on the town in West Hollywood, “They were not leaving each other’s sides. Something is going on… It’s pretty obvious.”
