Miranda, 35, cradled her bump at the Gruner & Jahr Spa Awards in Germany on Saturday, March 30.
She looked gorgeous in a soft pink ensemble and minimal jewelry.
Miranda was awarded the Beauty Idol prize for her role as founder of natural skincare brand Kora Organics.
She appeared at the ceremony one day after announcing her third pregnancy, the second one with husband Evan Spiegel.
The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Hart, in Los Angeles, California on May 7, 2018.
Miranda is also a parent to another son named Flynn, who she shares with ex-husband Orlando Bloom.
