Were Miranda Lambert And Blake Shelton Hiding Their Divorce? How The Exes Are Coping Post Split

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert’s divorce announcement may have come off as a shock for many, but the former couple has reportedly been hiding their crumbling marriage for some time.

Though Shelton filed for divorce months ago, RadarOnline reported that Miranda’s mother, Beverly Lambert, had no idea her daughter was mid-divorce.

“I have no idea what you’re talking about,” she told Radar. “They didn’t tell me!” The pair was last seen in April at the ACM Awards, according to reports.

Miranda could be hiding the pain since much of her social media is dedicated to promoting her current tour, though she couldn’t seem to hold back the tears at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Festival on July 18 during “The House That Built Me.”

Meanwhile, according to RadarOnline, Blake is feeling great now that the four-year marriage is over. A source from The Voice said that the judge’s spirits have been lifted since they began filming the new season.

“Blake is in a much better mood this season that he was when he was married to Miranda,” the source said. “Towards the end of last season, when someone would ask how his wife was, he would joke around and say something sarcastic.”
