PHOTOSNeNe Leakes Files Cease And Desist Letter Against Kenya Moore For Making “Defamatory Statements”

It looks like Claudia Jordan isn’t the only outspoken housewife NeNe Leakes is worried about! On Tuesday, Kenya Moore posted a photo of a cease-and-desist letter she received from her The Real Housewives of Atlanta castmate Leakes.
The document warned the reality TV star to be wary of what comments she makes about Leakes publicly. “I guess this is @neneleakes way of saying happy birthday!” Moore captioned the image of the doc she posted on her Instagram.
The letter also accused Moore of making “false, destructive, and defamatory statements” about Leakes and orders the former Miss U.S.A. “to cease and desist making any and all false and defamatory statements, which are injurious to her character and reputation.”
Moore’s Bravo blog posts were also named by Leakes’ team as begin written to “cause damage to her reputation by exposing her to public hatred, contempt and ridicule.”
The pair have been wrapped in a pretty heated feud on and off the show for the past couple years. But the cease-and-desist document likely has to do with claims Moore made about Leakes not coming through with a $20,000 donation she promised to give to the Detroit Public Schools Foundation.

The pair made the commitment together and Moore says she paid her initial $20,000 and an additional $20,000 from the money she made from her appearance on Celebrity Apprentice. But according to Moore, Leakes has yet to pay up.
Leakes hasn’t directly commuted on the accusations that she skipped out on her donation to the foundation.
