Nick Lachey Fights To Bring The Suspect Who Shot His Employee In The Face To Justice

Sad news. Nick Lachey’s bar employee Ellie Richardson, 27, was shot in the face on Thanksgiving. The crooner has taken to Twitter to ask for help in bringing the shooter to justice. Click through for the details.

While many people were enjoying their yummy feasts and time with the family on Thanksgiving, tragedy struck in Cincinnati when Ellie was shot in the face just across the street from Nick’s bar, Lachey’s.

According to the local police, and reported by People magazine, Ellie and the driver of an unknown van got into an altercation after she was nearly hit by it—resulting in the gun shot.

Though Fox 19 reported the wound as non-life threatening, the 44-year-old singer has taken to Twitter to ask for help in locating the suspect and bringing him to justice.

Nick and his brother Drew, who both were in the 90s boy band 98°, are also asking for people to donate to help pay for Ellie’s medical expenses.

“Ellie is the brightest light and she will find a way to shine through this darkness. Anyone with any information, help us find some justice,” Nick tweeted.
