Nipsey Hussle's Suspected Killer Eric Holder Indicted For Murder

Nipsey Hussle's suspected killer Eric Holder has been indicted on murder charges, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office announced on Tuesday, May 21. The man is accused of fatally shooting the rapper and wounding two others. Scroll through for details!

A grand jury returned the indictment of Eric, 29, on Thursday, May 9, for one count of murder, two counts each of attempted murder and assault with a firearm, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon.

Eric pleaded not guilty to the charges and must return for a pretrial hearing on Tuesday, June 18. Deputy District Attorney John McKinney of the Major Crimes Division is prosecuting the case.

Eric fled the scene and a manhunt ensued before he was arrested and taken into custody in Bellflower, California, two days later on April 2.

His bail has been set at $6.53 million and he faces life in prison.
