Claire Danes gave birth to her second child only a couple weeks ago but it looks like she's getting her pre-baby body back again. Her and husband, Hugh Dancy went out for a nice summer stroll with their new son in New York City yesterday. Keep reading to see photos of the family.
The couple got some fresh air and enjoyed the last days of summer with their baby. Claire gave birth on August 27 and she's already looking better than ever.

The two are already parents to a five-year-old son, Cyrus. He wasn't seen out in Manhattan with his mommy and daddy.
Hugh and Claire have yet to reveal the little tot's name but it's probably just as cute as he is!
Claire admitted on the Howard Stern Show that she planned the second baby. The My So-Called Life star revealed, “We’ve been wanting another kid for a while, and it happened.”
