The Emmy winner braces the cold autumnal weather with a heavy puffy coat with a fur hood, gray sweater, black jeans and brown boots.
Max let his fire red hair shine and opted not to wear a hat in the chilly weather. He looked comfy in his simple gray jeans, graphic tee and light track jacket.
But neither Cynthia's wife, Christine Marinoni nor her 16-year-old son Charles were around to enjoy the day with them.

It was only last month when the Sex and the City star ran for governor of New York, but for the gubernatorial race.
