Porn star Stormy Daniels is going after President Donald Trump all over again, as she’s suing him for defamation over a tweet he made about her where he claimed that she’s playing a “con job” on the news media.
She filed the new lawsuit on Monday. Stormy was already suing Trump for seeking to void a nondisclosure agreement she signed to prevent her from talking about an alleged affair between them in 2006. The White House has denied the affair occurred.
Trump tweeted about a police sketch drawing that an artist made earlier in April about a man she said threatened her in 2011 to keep quiet about their alleged affair. "A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!” he said.
The man in question allegedly approached her while she was with her daughter in Las Vegas, several weeks after she agreed to cooperate with a story that In Touch was preparing to run a story about the alleged affair. It never actually ran.

"Leave Trump alone. Forget the story,” Stormy claimed the man told her. He then leaned down and looked at her child and allegedly said, "That's a beautiful little girl. It'd be a shame if anything happened to her mom.”
The lawsuit, which was filed in a federal court in Manhattan, is seeking $75,000 worth of damages. Her lawyer Michael Avenatti tweeted about it on Monday afternoon.
"Moments ago, we filed this lawsuit against Mr. Trump for his recent irresponsible and defamatory statements about my client @stormydaniels,” Michael tweeted. "He is well aware of what transpired and his complicity. We fully intend on bringing it to light. #buckleup #basta.”
