Khloe Kardashian’s BFF Malika Haqq just revealed her baby’s gender! The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star announced in September that she is expecting. While some fans were excited to find out whether Malika is having a boy or a girl, others criticized her decision for making it a sponsored product post.
“It’s A Boy!!! ??,” Malika, 36, announced on November 8. “I’m thankful to my baby boy.”
She continued, “#BioOilPartner I’ve used this oil for over 10 years to lessen the appearance of scars, stretch marks and for instant moisture. I wouldn’t dare go this pregnancy without it.”
“I love your glow!!” her twin sister Khadijah commented. “So excited for my nephew. Khloe, 35, also praised her BFF and wrote, “Stunning!!! All day”
Not all fans were excited about Malika’s post considering she’s had four posts with an advertisement for pregnancy products and applications. “Why are all your pregnancy posts ads? That’s so bizarre to me,” one person commented. “It’s annoying how almost every photo of her pregnancy she’s posted is an AD,” another fan wrote.
Malika clapped back at one fan in the comments section. “I’ve WORKED my entire pregnancy. We clearly don’t do the same things,” she responded.
The Side By Side host announced her pregnancy in September. “I listen to my heart, and I’ve decided that the rest of my life will be the best of my life. I’m pregnant! I didn't know when, I just knew one day. God said it’s my turn, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the little spirit that grows inside of me. I am yours, baby, and you are mine,” she wrote. The announcement was paired with an advertisement for a pregnancy test.
Although Malika’s kept fans updated about her pregnancy, she has yet to talk about her baby daddy O.T. Genasis publicly. The twin and the “Cut It” rapper started dating in 2017 and have been on and off for two years. In October, the two were spotted getting manicures and pedicures together, which sparked reconciliation rumors. “Malika and O.T. were not showing any PDA … but they definitely seemed very comfortable with each other and were friendly and laughing a lot,” an eyewitness told Us Weekly.
Another source told Us, “Malika didn’t want to make O.T. part of her pregnancy journey unless he wanted to be involved. They are talking and feeling it out. He’s been getting more involved as her pregnancy has progressed.”
