Ray J and Princess Love are celebrating the birth of their second child. The “One Wish” singer, 38, announced the birth of their son on Monday, December 30 with a heartfelt video to his family on YouTube. The news comes just one month after Princess, 35, accused her husband of leaving her and their daughter stranded in Las Vegas.

Ray J posted the video titled Ray J Exclusive Family Video (New Baby Alert) which began with footage of their daughter Melody playing with new Christmas presents, sitting with Santa. The shot then cut to the toddler with Ray J during what appeared to be storytime.
There were also throwback shots of Melody when she was just a baby taking a private jet with her parents. The video ended with Ray J suiting up in scrubs as Princess wheeled into a hospital corridor. The R&B singer also wrote a touching message to his wife on Twitter saying, “I love you @mzprincesslove so proud of you. Strong women in the world and the mother of my children red heart emoji”
The happy moment comes after theLove and Hip Hop: Hollywood stars seemingly had a bitter falling out. On Sunday, November 17, Princess accused her husband of leaving her and their daughter stranded in Las Vegas after the 2019 BET Soul Train Awards.

After seeing that Ray J posted a picture of their family on his account, an unimpressed Princess wrote, “Left me and Melody stranded in Vegas and blocked me from calling … now you wanna post family photos #byeugly.”
Ray J, however, denied those claims and addressed the situation on Instagram Live saying, “I love my family. I’ve dedicated my life to my family. To insinuate that I would do anything to harm my daughter is just sad man.” He continued, “To take this to social media and create this crazy story about me leaving my baby in harm’s way is not cool. Our circle needs to be tight like that. Nobody should be able to get in it. If we get into something big or small, we should be able to hug each other and love each other and listen to each other and understand what we need to do to make it right.”
Since the incident, Princess revealed that their marriage had been rocky for some time. She also claimed that the Moesha star had a secret phone and had allegedly been texting other women.
Ray J and Princess Love tied the knot in August 2016 after four years of dating. They welcomed their first child, daughter Melody in May 2018.
