Real Housewives of New York star Tinsley Mortimer is a single lady. On the April 17 episode, she shared her breakup bombshell with castmate Luann de Lesseps and she spoke candidly about what caused her split with boyfriend Scott.
“You’re stuck between a rock and a hard place,” Luann, 53, said, empathizing. “It’s like you have your life with Scott over there, he’s not here, you’re in New York trying to do your thing, and it’s a tough place to be.”
Tinsley, 43, agreed before admitting that distance between her and Scott was becoming increasingly difficult. “It’s been really difficult with him because not living in the same place and also not feeling like he is comfortable with me being this type of person. Someone who’s in public.”
That when she dropped her big news. She revealed that Scott wouldn’t be attending her Big Apple Circus event because the two of them were “officially done.”

“I strangely feel like this relief,” she said.
“I just feel like you’ve been so thrown off by the whole situation," Luann told her. "I’m glad you decided to move on."
