Remy Ma is finally at home and on the road to recovery after complications from her new baby’s birth.
The Love & Hip Hop: New York star took to Instagram yesterday to provide her concerned fans with an update on her condition. Under a picture of her and husband Papoose she wrote, “I’m FINALLY back home and doing much better.”
“The baby has been PERFECTLY fine since being born Dec. 14th,” she continued. “And I’m resting & recovering at home (Pap is VERY happy and on cloud 9,999)."
“Thank you to all of our family, friends, and loved ones who reached out,” the Bronx native added. “Sorry for not responding to texts and/or calls - I physically was not able to and my husband @papoosepapoose was concerned & worried about me all while looking after our ‘Golden Child.’”

Finally the 38-year-old ended her heartfelt post by thanking her supportive fans, the hospital staff, and her security team.
As previously reported by OK!, Remy was rushed to the hospital earlier this week after suffering excessive postpartum bleeding. She was forced to undergo emergency surgery.
“Tough labor, but my wife is still fighting it,” Papoose posted to Instagram back on Dec. 14.“She’s a warrior! Keep us in your prayers!”
