NeNe, 51, shared a comical snap of her giving the peace sign while sticking her tongue out in the backseat of a car.
"Say what now? Nawwww Happiness over everything," she captioned. NeNe also added the hashtags #byeforever and #putsomerespekonmyname.
This made fans think that she was leaving the long-running Bravo series.
"Please don’t tell me you’re leaving the show @neneleakes," one fan wrote.
"She has outgrown the show anyway," another wrote. "Her presence is bigger than that stage."
NeNe's focus lately has been about her new SWAGG boutique store at MGM National Harbor in Maryland.
She, alongside husband Gregg Leakes and RHOA costar Marlo Hampton, opened the doors to her new location last month.
