They have failed to attract any buyers for their property, forcing them to drop the asking price by nearly $4 million to $8.995 million. PK hoped to not go any lower than $8.5 million for the sale of the house.

PK got into it with MDL’s David Parnes and James Harris during the episode after the agents threw a brokers’ open house. Parnes got his first offer of $7.45 million with a counter offer at $7.7 million.

“We will sell this house at $8.5 million,” PK said. “That’s the price. Take it or leave it. I know what you’re doing. You’re trying to work me down and you’re wasting your time,” he added. “I want you to get me the price that you said you’d get me.”

PK shouldn’t be too picky when it comes to finances, as The Blast reported that his assets are set to be seized over an unpaid $1.2 million dollar loan.

A man named Nicos Kirzis sued PK back in 2016. Nicos claimed that he loaned PK a total of $1.2 million back in 2011, which had not been repaid at the time despite having agreed to a 2013 deadline.

A judge sided with Nico back in late 2016 and ordered PK to pay the money back plus interest. He only shelled out $250,000 so far, which only covers the interest.

Nico filed documents in California to register the judgment there, which is the first step a creditor takes to begin the process of seizing assets.

That’s not PK’s only financial issue. The Bellagio accused him of missing a payment over a $3.6 million casino marker he’s been working to pay off for years.
