The mother of four took to her Instagram Stories and shared with fans a glimpse of her scary setup on October 15. She posted a closeup of an array of creepy-looking figurines that sat on a black velvet-covered table. Small orange pumpkins, a large sparkly black pumpkin and silver skulls were also scattered around the table.

Mauricio was recently hit with a lawsuit and was accused of illegally double-dipping a house he sold. The real estate agent spoke out about the legal proceedings on October 13. The ER actress' husband is being sued for selling a Malibu home that was owned by Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue, the son of the President of Equatorial Guinea.

The United States government seized the property soon after an investigation. Mauricio put the house on the market for $32 million and potential buyer Sam Hakim alleged that the father of three chose the price knowing “full well it was far below the property’s true market value.” Sam believed that Mauricio did it so he could buy the home himself and sell it for a higher profit secretly.

Maurcio revealed to the website regarding his legal battle, “If I had to do it again in hindsight, I would do it the same way I did it last time. I wouldn’t change a thing. There are two sides to every story. Mine has yet to be told. It’ll be told soon. It’s not affecting our daily business, it’s not affecting our operations.”
