Real Housewives of Orange County star Briana Culberson showed off her drastic weight loss in denim micro shorts while taking shots with her husband Ryan and mom Vicki Gunvalson in North Carolina on Wednesday, August 14.
The trio took shots from a "shotski" on the boardwalk outside the Trailer Bar in Surf City, North Carolina. Briana, 32, looked incredible in tiny denim shorts and a simple grey t-shirt.
The registered nurse and her husband have lost a combined 107 pounds by strictly adhering to the Keto diet.
Briana shed more than 40 pounds in just five months after she adopted the low-fat, high-protein lifestyle and she has continued to lose weight as the months go on.
The mother-of-two's weight has fluctuated over the years due to complications from lupus. At one point, her symptoms were so bad that doctors told her they might need to amputate one of her legs.
Ryan recently revealed that Briana hasn't had any flare-ups from the disease since losing weight.
The pair often share Keto diet tips, recipes, and grocery lists with their followers to inspire them on their own weight loss journeys.
