Gretchen Rossi is having a tough time adjusting to being a first-time mommy. The former Real Housewives of Orange County star vented about the troubles that her newborn daughter Skylar Gray is already giving her on Instagram Monday, July 30. The former reality wrote, "someone tell me this gets easier."
Gretchen, 40, shared throwback photos from when she was still pregnant with baby Sky.
"Ok not gunna lie this whole 'Mommy thing' was a lot easier when she was just in my belly," she wrote as the caption.
"Please someone tell me this gets easier," she added along with the hashtags #walkingzombie and #sleepdeprived.
"Hard AF!" Instagram account @realmomsofbravo wrote in response. "You’re in the thick of it, you’ll sleep eventually, I promise! But honestly, it never really gets easier just different types of hard."
Gretchen vented about her lack of sleep on a previous Instagram photo of Skylar dressed up like a princess.
The first-time mother and her baby daddy Slade Smiley have still enjoyed many precious moments with their daughter since she gave birth on Wednesday, July 10.
Gretchen's documented many moments with the newborn on her Instagram including Skylar's first car ride home and her on top of daddy Slade's chest.
