It’s been almost two years since David and Shannon Beador split and their divorce is still not officially over! The former Real Housewives of Orange County couple were spotted looking miserable inside a courthouse on Monday, April 22, as their issues from child support to custody of their three daughters continues to rage on. Shannon, 55, wore a light pink suit in the public cafeteria next to her attorney while chatting on her cell phone.
The RHOC star spent the previous day in a much better mood when she celebrated Easter with her father, sister and two of her daughters (Sophie and Adeline).
David sat with his own attorney, who he had previous refused to hire as he and Shannon fought over custody over Sophie, Adeline and their other daughter Stella over the amount of child support he paid.
David has been trying to reduce the amount of child support he pays per month. His argues that Shannon’s almost $900,000 RHOC salary was more than enough.
He also filed a request back in December 2018 for Shannon not to drink around their children. The court documents disclosed that Shannon "publicly stated on television within the last month, she ‘self-medicates’ with alcohol. That behavior is detrimental to the children.”
Shannon and David split in October 2017. She has spoken about their marriage issues before, during and after their breakup on RHOC for several years.
