Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd is throwing fiancé Rick Leventhal a "sexy 60th" birthday party in Miami. The reality star confirmed her plans for the bash on Instagram on Friday, January 10 and asked any friends that she overlooked to reach out so that she could send them an invitation.
Kelly posted a published article about the upcoming party to Instagram and expressed her disbelief that the news made headlines. "I can’t believe @pagesix picked up this story ... This is going to be an epic party ? with an amazing guest list ... All my friends are invited if I over looked you please DM me. Looking for a photographer in Miami to do my step and repeat," she wrote.
"I honestly love these two together. You can tell she truly loves him," one fan wrote in the comments section of Kelly's post. "Are the other Housewives getting an invite? Would you extend an invitation if they reached out?" another person questioned. "We will know who got fired from #RHOC based on who scores an invite to this party," a third person noted.
Fans recently speculated that Kelly's costar Tamra Judge had been cut from the hit Bravo show after she removed the orange emoji from her Instagram bio. She added it back a short time later, but has not confirmed if she got a contract to return for next season.
Kelly is based in Orange County and Rick is based in New York City, but they've been spending a lot of time in Florida since their engagement. Rick popped the question to Kelly with a massive pear-shaped diamond ring on November 13 after just four months of dating. Kelly expressed how relieved she was to have found the man of her dreams in a subsequent interview.
"It feels great. It feels like, 'Oh my God, I got my husband-to-be.' It just feels so liberating to have somebody that just is in love with you. And you know, it's not like you have like, the back and forth, like are you worrying about it. I don't know, I hate dating. And I know that he's the one. He knows that I'm the one. It's just a really great, it's like a security feeling," she told E! News.
Kelly told OKMagazine.com at BravoCon in November that they have already settled on a date to walk down the aisle. "He wants to do it 10-10-2020. That’s the date we’re shooting for," she divulged, noting that they ideally would like to tie the knot in Napa Valley, California.
