Vicki Gunvalson's daughter Briana Culberson and her husband Ryan Culberson have a lot to celebrate this holiday season. The Real Housewives of Orange County stars showed off their incredible combined weight loss in their new holiday family photos.
Briana, 32, and Ryan lost a combined 128 pounds and attributed their success to the famous low-carb, high fat Keto Diet.
Ryan shared snaps from his family's photoshoot where he and his wife looked noticeably slimmer. "Smiles from a couple that’s down a combined 128 pounds! No fads, workouts, or magic pills just a consistent Keto lifestyle," the Marine explained in his caption.
Vicki, 52, also shared the gorgeous photos on her own Instagram and praised her daughter and son-in-law's achievement. "Briana’s photo shoot turned out so good. I am so proud of my daughter and Ryan for their incredible weight loss doing strict @keto. #myfamily #thoseboys?#acrossthemiles," the RHOC star captioned her post.
In the snapshots, Briana and Ryan went causal in simple jeans, boots and t-shirts. The duo held hands with their sons Owen and Troy as they walked down an empty road.
The pair have been working hard on their fitness and wellbeing for the past few months. The mother of two suffers from lupus and her weight loss has greatly improved her health.
In September, Briana and Ryan were targeted in a keto-related Instagram scam. Ryan took to social media to express his frustrations and he talked about how a company called Keto Go-Fit Advanced Formula was using their names and faces to promote their products. "All false!" he wrote above an article about their alleged involvement. "If you couldn't read the last post it's the second company today I've seen claiming we've used their products to be successful," he wrote in an Instagram Story at the time. "That is a lie! If you don't see it here it's not reliable."
Vicki couldn't help but gush over her daughter's new look in September. She told OK! Magazine exclusively, "I’m so proud of her... When she gained the weight, she wasn't herself and was a bit insecure about it."
