Add Vicki Gunvalson's daughter Briana Culberson and her husband to the list of celebs who are fans of the Keto Diet! The Real Housewives of Orange County star revealed the two have been on the plan and have lost a combined 85 pounds! Scroll through to see their amazing results.
Vicki, 56, shared a current picture of Brianna, 31, and Ryan Culberson on Instagram.
"Just wanted to share this incredible photo of Briana and @ryan_culberson. Together they have lost over 85 lbs since last summer," the reality star wrote.
"She feels better and is healthier than she has been in a long time. Missing her so much across the miles, but couldn’t be more proud of both of them. #ketodiet#proudmom #missmygirl #ca-nc," Vicki said about her daughter's battle with lupus.
Meanwhile, Ryan shared the same picture of the slimmed-down duo and asked fans, "What are you waiting for?"
The low-carb, high fat diet has been at the center of controversy among some of Hollywood's biggest names, including celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels. She got into hot water with television personalities Al Roker and Andy Cohen after she publicly slammed the diet and called it a form of "starving yourselves."
