Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice decided to install the pool her daughter’s always wanted amid Joe’s transfer from prison to ICE custody. Teresa invited Dolores Catania over while she was discussing details with the pool guy and Dolores voiced her disapproval in a confessional on the November 6 season premiere.

“It doesn’t take the pain away, but I want to fill up the void as much as I can because Joe’s not here,” Teresa, 47, rationalized her decision to install a pool for her daughters. The RHONJ star employed none other than her ex-boyfriend Tony, whom she dated right before dating Joe, 47.

Teresa was going over the details for the pool, when Dolores, 48, called and revealed she was in the neighborhood. “Come by! You’ll see someone you haven’t seen in a while,” the mom-of-four told her friend.

“Oh! Hey, Tony! Looking handsome! I remember when you guys dated for two seconds. It's nice to see old friends." Dolores said upon arrival. In a confessional, she revealed, "Teresa was like 17 years old. You know, maybe they made out a little, maybe they went to the beach. That didn't last because Joe always was crazy about her. He was not going to let her marry someone else.”

Teresa excitedly told Dolores, “He’s gonna be my new pool. We’re gonna put a pool in!” Dolores immediately shot back, “How much is this gonna cost?”

Teresa’s oldest daughter Gia revealed earlier in the episode that she chose to go to Rutgers to be close to home in case her dad came home. “He's done with his sentence, but his immigration case isn't finished yet,” Gia said in a confessional. “He just has to stay there for a little bit until his case is finalized because we're appealing it. I already told him, 'Say you lose this appeal, you better fight it until the Supreme Court.' And at first because he didn't want to be in ICE he was like, 'I'm done with this s**t.' But I'm just like, 'If you do that, you will not have a relationship with me.'"

Teresa told Dolores that Gia, 18, threatened to cut off her relationship with Joe if he didn’t fight his deportation case. “This appeal is costing me so much money, but I don't care. I'll spend the money. I don't care. And then at least I'll know I did everything I could,” she told her friend.

“I don't think Teresa's so crazy in love with Joe right now,” Dolores said in a confessional. “This appeal is driven by Gia's request.”
