Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice is dealing with yet another setback in his deportation appeal. The businessman's motion to present an oral argument to the court was denied as he awaits a final verdict in his case. Joe has been fighting his deportation from his new home in Italy and if his appeal is denied, he will never be allowed back into the United States.

Joe, 47, requested the opportunity to give an oral argument on November 12 after the court canceled his initial hearing date. The Third Circuit Court denied his request on Tuesday, November 19, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

The future of Joe and wife Teresa Giudice's marriage remains up in the air. During their first joint interview since their respective prison releases, Joe and Teresa confessed to Andy Cohen that they were waiting to decide on whether or not to divorce until they saw each other in person. They also accused each other of cheating while the other was behind bars.

Teresa and daughters Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 10, flew to Italy to visit with Joe at the beginning of November, and the reunion reportedly did not go well for the pair.

Joe has been trying to keep a positive outlook of the future despite his ongoing legal drama. "You just gotta look forward and never look back. I’ve learned a valuable lesson from all this and I know my family is the most important thing to me, but it’s better that I’m out here than in there. Life, it’s always better to look through the windshield and not through the rear view mirror. It’s a much bigger picture when you’re looking through the windshield. But at the end of the day, people make mistakes. Nobody’s perfect," he told Bravo's The Daily Dish.

Former pal Caroline Manzo might not be on the best terms with Joe and Teresa, but she's rooting for his successful return to the U.S. "It made me very very sad, because I liked them together. There’s so much that you guys don’t see in a relationship that I saw. I, to this very second, am hoping that he gets to come home especially to his girls because he is a wonderful wonderful father, and he loves them dearly," the RHONJ alum admitted during a panel at BravoCon 2019.
