June 20 was a momentous occasion for the Giudice family. Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresas oldest daughter Gia graduated from high school. The proud mother, 47, shared Instagram pictures and videos of the biggest moments of the ceremony while sitting with daughters Gabriella, Milania and Audriana in the crowd, from the procession in to the graduation cap tossing.

If Joe gets deported, Gia’s high school graduation is the first of many events he won’t experience with his family. He currently resides in an ICE facility in Pennsylvania, where he awaits a final decision.

According to reports, the Giudice family attorney is “grateful that the court has granted the stay…Joe looks forward to continuing this fight to the very end. There is nothing more important to him than returning home to his wife and kids.” With any luck, Joe will see Gia off at Rutgers later this year.
