PHOTOS‘RHONY’ Star Dorinda Medley Hosts In The Berkshires & Gets Teased For Her Shark Room

Dorinda Medley takes pride in being the hostess with the mostess. The Real Housewives of New York star shared a fun picture of herself with Ramona Singer and Luann de Lesseps during a fun night at her Berkshires home, Blue Stone Manor. Dorinda’s gorgeous home in Massachusetts is known for its infamous shark room. The housewives have argued about it before when it came time for them to pick rooms during their stay in April, as no one wanted to “wake up with a big fish.”
Dorinda, 54, posed like the Charlie’s Angels, with Ramona, 52, and Luann, 54, by her side at a set dining room table. “Hostess with the .... MOSTESS! #theberzerkshires”she captioned the picture.
Celebrity stylist Brad Goreski brought up the notorious bedroom known for its three oversized fish mounts and turquoise walls. “I want to come to the Berkshires!” he wrote. “Plz do!” the RHONY star responded, as she takes pride in the underwater decor. Writer Gary Janetti chimed in, “Brad and I would even take the shark room.”
Fans agreed with Brad and Gary, as the shark room (also known as the fish room) has gained lots of attention. “The Fish room is LEGENDARY!” one enthused fan commented. “To me there is no other option! It would be like one of this pop up selfie/Instagram places like candytopia! @dorindamedley should open it up sometime and charge a fee! I would pay good money for a pic in that room with Dorinda!”
Another called the shark room “underrated.” Many fans tagged their friends in the comments section and said they would share the underwater themed bedroom with them at Blue Stone Manor.
The shark room caused a ruckus during the April 3 episode of Real Housewives of New York. The ladies vacationed at Dorinda’s Berkshires house, and Luann had a major meltdown when she was asked to sleep in the shark room. “I get the short end of the stick,” Luann lamented to the women during dinner.
“There are no bad rooms in my house,” Dorinda assured her. “It’s a beautiful manor. Every room is a half a million dollar room. I mean, it’s not like some cottage, we’re staying in an estate. You’re acting like you’re staying in a shack.”
However, Luann didn’t back down. “You’ve got some f**king nerve putting me in the f**king fish room,” she shouted, before she angrily left the dinner table. Whether or not Luann stayed in the shark room this time around remains unclear.
