Real Housewives of New York City star Luann De Lesseps compared her bikini body to Jennifer Lopez's on Instagram on Tuesday, February 25. The reality star posted side-by-side snapshots of herself and the songstress in matching white bathing suits, and her fans were quick to praise them for how amazing they both looked.
"50 is the new 40. Hey girl hey @jlo," Luann, 52, captioned the images. Luann took a recent selfie J.Lo posted and compared it to one of herself in her hotel room. "Forget dieting... I'm just gonna wait to get a 6 pack at 50," one fan wrote in the comments section of the post. "You ladies are giving 20 yr olds a run for their money," another person added. "No need for comparisons but you both look gorgeous," a third fan noted.
2020 is looking bright for Luann after a rough couple of years. She completed her probation stemming from her 2017 Christmas Eve arrest in Palm Beach, Florida in August 2019. "Hi my friends, I'm happy to say after a long difficult year .. I've made it through! I'm humbled and grateful for this life lesson and ready to put the past behind me and move on with my life. Wish me luck! Thank you for your undying support over the years," she wrote on Instagram at the time.
Luann was required to stay sober after her arrest and during her probation, but she announced in January that she was drinking responsibly again now that she's a free woman.

"New Year’s has been a time of reflection. I’ve learned a great deal about myself, and I’m in a very good place and finally back in the driver's seat. I’ve always said my journey is day by day. I’m toasting to a happy new year ahead!" she told People.
In October 2019, Luann revealed that she had rekindled her romance with ex and cabaret talent agent Rich Super. They first split in July 2018. "We are dating, yes. When there’s a connection, there’s a connection. He’s my agent and we’re just killing it on this cabaret tour and we’re having the best time. And he’s the best. He’s the best agent in Hollywood, I’m a very lucky girl," she gushed to various media outlets.
Luann is gearing up for the premiere of season 12 of RHONY on April 2, and she promised fans that the Bravo hit will still be just as good without former castmate Bethenny Frankel, who decided to quit the show in August 2019. "She can’t steal our show. This season is amazing, and I can’t wait for everyone to see the new season," she said on Jenny McCarthy's SiriusXM radio show in October.
