After managing to successfully sell his custom-built Montecito home last month for a price of $44.5 million, Rob Lowe is back to investing in real estate. This time, it's a $5.2 million fixer-upper in Montecito, Calif., which is comparably much smaller than his previous home since his kids no longer live with him.

The new home spans 4,275 square feet and comes with three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The house is located above the shops on Coast Village Road and overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Built in the early 1900s, the house can easily undergo renovations.
The formal sitting rooms come with all-white tongue and groove ceilings, a traditional brick fireplace and several large windows that look into the backyard.
The living room also provides a great view of the swimming pool, which is located just outside the house.
The kitchen is filled with white cabinets, a breakfast nook and a center island.
