PHOTOS'Modern Family' Star Sarah Hyland Is Engaged To 'Bachelorette' Alum Wells Adams

Sarah Hyland is engaged to her longtime boyfriend Wells Adams, the couple announced on their social media accounts on Tuesday, July 16. The Bachelorette alum got down on one knee and popped the question to the Modern Family star on the beach.

Sarah, 28, shared photos of the proposal on her Instagram. "That can't eat, can't sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, World Series kind of stuff ✨❤️ @wellsadams," she captioned the snapshots.
The reality TV star followed suit by posting a video montage of the couple. "I’ll be Johnny, you be June. But forever," he captioned his clip.
"I love you to Pluto and back FIANCÉ!!!! When we get married will I automatically acquire your talent for making everyone cry with a homemade video?" the actress wrote in the comments section on her beau's post.
The pair began dating in October 2017 after connecting on Twitter and moved in together in July 2018.
The Bachelor In Paradise star has supported his lady love through her chronic health struggles. The Emmy winner first met Wells, 35, just three days before her second kidney transplant.
"It was a really intimate start to a relationship to have to go through those hurdles at the very, very, very beginning when you're just even getting to know a person. Also, falling in love with someone before you can really be intimate. I did not believe that that was a thing, but it is. He's seen me at my worst. I think that's why I feel the most beautiful in his eyes, because he still finds me beautiful after seeing all that," she told Self magazine in December 2018.
