Is Sarah Jessica Parker’s role as a woman splitting from her husband on HBO’s Divorce mirroring her real life? The actress stepped out without her husband Matthew Broderick for an event on Friday amid rumored marriage issues between the two.
She arrived at the Whitby Hotel with her Divorce costars Molly Shannon, Tracy Lets and Talia Balsam for an Emmy FYC Event in New York City on Friday.
Noticeably missing was not only her husband Matthew but her wedding ring as well, both of which did not make it to the television-related event.
This isn’t the first time over the past month that the former Sex and the City star has stepped out in public sans ring. It was M.I.A. when she attended a Wall Street Journal event back on May 10th.
OK! exclusively reported last week that there may be problems between her and Matthew, who have been married for 21 years and have three children with one another.
A source told OK! that the couple "seems as though they’ve grown apart.” They also added, "The fact is, they’re not the same people they were when they got married 21 years ago.” So is Sarah not wearing her ring a sign that it could be over for them sooner than later?
