The controversial romance between Scott Disick, 34, and Sofia Richie, 19, has made some of their loved ones concerned, most recently her father Lionel Richie. The age gap between the two of them is bigger than his two oldest children Mason, 7 and Penelope, 5, who he had with ex- Kourtney Kardashian along with their youngest son Reign, 3. Even though he’s been with the budding model a lot lately, he still enjoys his fatherly duties as he was just seen out taking his kids for some yummy ice cream.
He took Mason and Penelope to get some sweet treats during his visit to The Sugar Factory in Washington, Virginia. There’s a rumor that he is planning a private trip to The White House soon.
The two children were joined by the daughter of one of Scott’s pals, who helped the kids get back into their car during all the craziness.
Scott looks totally unfazed by all the chatter about his and Sofia’s scandalous relationship, where her father Lionel recently opened up about the two of them. He told US Weekly that he’s been “in shock” and saying “I’m scared to death, are you kidding me?”
She doesn’t seem that bothered either. Sofia seems very much a “daddy’s girl” as she posted a video of Lionel giving some great advice to all her followers, so it looks like the two of them are on good terms.

Kourtney, 38, has been enjoying a relationship with someone younger herself, as she has been getting hot and heavy with 24 year old Younes Bendjima for the past couple of months.
Evidently Sofia and Younes used to be friends, according to sources, but have stopped talking since he started dating Kourtney. Was there jealousy involved on either side?
Scott and Sofia went public with their relationship in September, although they have been linked as far back as May.
