The battle is heating up between Scott Disick and his ex Kourtney Kardashian as he fights for his cut of the money the former couple earned during their decade together.
According to a source speaking with RadarOnline.com, Disick is upset with Kardashian for cutting him off financially after their split in early July.
The insider added that Disick addressed his issues over their finances when the pair met up on July 23 at the Beverly Hills Hotel. “He was overheard telling her that there was a need for him to have access to money," a witness said.
“Scott seemed to be very upset when talking about money,” the insider said. “Kourtney seemed to know she held all of the power, and didn’t look as stressed out as Scott was.”
And the money troubles and reported custody battle between the pair apparently are weighing heavily on the reality TV star. “Kourtney smiled at the servers, and was very pleasant, whereas Scott looked absolutely miserable,” the source said. “He also seemed to be sweating a lot more that would be normal for someone. There was perspiration around his forehead. A staffer from the hotel seemed concerned enough to ask if Scott needed a wet cloth, and he seemed out of it.”
And though the amount he was requesting wasn’t heard by the source, the insider said “it obviously was substantial.”
Disick and Kardashian have been wrapped in a pretty nasty feud since their breakup. And the pair is now reportedly preparing for a custody battle as they attempt to set visitation rights for the couple’s three children, Mason, Penelope Scotland and Reign Aston.
