News of Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx's split broke on Monday, August 19, just days after he was photographed holding hands with singer Sela Vave on the way out of a nightclub in Los Angeles. Sela, 21, hails from Utah. She made the move to Los Angeles in July 2019 after Jamie, 51, agreed to help her with her music career.
The brunette beauty got her start as a model. She has been signed to Salt Lake City’s Talent Management Group, Inc. since 2014, according to her Facebook. She frequently posts photos from her various modeling jobs to her Instagram account.
Sela posted a cozy photo of the pair hanging out on June 30. "I am so grateful to this man! Thank you so much @iamjamiefoxx for everything you do and for believing in me. #feelingblessed," she captioned the image.
Sela and Jamie gave a joint interview on LA’s Power 106 FM on July 22. The Baby Driver actor gushed over her massive talent, while she expressed her gratitude for his mentorship.
Sela joined Jamie at the Apollo in the Hamptons event on Saturday, August 3.
Jamie and Sela raised eyebrows when they left Bootsy Bellow's nightclub in Los Angeles on August 17 holding hands and sped off in his white Lamborghini.
