Selena Gomez turned heads in a sophisticated pantsuit while promoting her new music in New York City on Monday, October 28. The singer recently dropped her singles “Lose You to Love Me” and “Look at Her Now," which are rumored to be about Justin Bieber. However, Selena revealed in an interview that she's ready to date again after being single for two years.
Selena, 27, donned a black and white checkered pantsuit and spiced up her look with a bold red lip. She kept her hair in loose waves and accessorized with a matching handbag.
Selena confessed on an episode of the Zach Sang Show that she's open to a new romance after healing her heart following her breakup with Justin, 25. “I’ve been super, super single for two years. I want to know what that love will look like next for me. I want it to be real and I don’t want it to be co-dependent or messy or lack of communication. When you get older, you find people who are actually right for you, that are actually on the same wavelength as you ... I’m chillin’ right now you guys, honestly, that is so stressful," she said.
She continued, "I don’t have room to buffer things that I need or that I want. I think girls can sometimes be scared of that, because we’re viewed as crazy or needy or overthinking things or dramatic. I understand sometimes, but I love being a girl and I love having the emotions I have, falling super deep and being passionate. It’s just about containing it and channeling it in the right areas. But I never want to lose the sense of love that I imagine it to be. I don’t want to be jaded or bitter from anything. I believe that it exists. I’m happy waiting for that for however long it takes because we’re going to be doing this forever.”

Selena caused quite the stir with her new tunes. Fans thought Justin's wife Hailey Baldwin shaded the songstress after her music release because the model posted a screenshot of Summer Walker’s “I’ll Kill You” song just minutes after Selena's song went live.
However, Mrs. Bieber insisted her social media activity was not a subtle message to Selena. "Please stop with this nonsense … there is no ‘response’. This is complete BS," Hailey, 22, tweeted as the speculation reached a fever pitch.
Hailey is allegedly "not fazed" by Selena bringing up her past relationship with the "Sorry" crooner in her lyrics, but she is reportedly concerned with how it will impact Justin's mental health as he continues to battle depression. "She knows they have a long history, and they’re both singers, so they’re going to make statements about their lives and experiences. But Hailey is just worried about how the song will affect Justin, more than anything. He’s had his share of struggles and mental health issues, and despite being in a much stronger place, he is also fragile and sensitive," a source told RadarOnline.com.
