Mercedes "MJ" Javid is finally a mother! The Shahs of Sunset star and her husband Tommy Feight welcomed a son on Wednesday morning, April 17. Keep reading to learn all the details on the reality star's new bundle of joy!
Mercedes, 46, gave birth to boy named Shams Francis Feight. He was born in Los Angeles and weighs 6lbs, 9oz. The Bravo star welcomed him via C-section.
The name Shams is in honor of Mercedes' dad and Francis honors Tommy's mother, who passed away.
The couple's rep shared with E! News that MJ "feels eternally grateful and blessed" after the birth of her baby boy.
"The healthy baby boy is happy and doing great, and the family can't wait to bring him home," the rep said.
MJ's son arrived early as she was expected to give birth on Mother's Day. She announced her pregnancy last October.
Mercedes has been open about her fertility struggles and documented them on Shahs of Sunset. She underwent in vitro fertilization to conceive.
