As if Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador hasn’t had enough troubles this past year, now her daughter Sophie has just added another one as she got into a major car accident earlier this week! Click-through for all the details.
Shannon has had it beyond rough this year as she fought her way through the latest RHOC season with fellow housewife Vicki Gunvalson.
Not only that, she painfully revealed that her 17-year marriage to husband David was coming to an end, which played a big part in the show's reunion last month.
So it wasn’t exactly the easiest thing when her daughter Sophie got into a bit of a car accident earlier this week, which Shannon shared all about on her Instagram account.

Turns out, she only happened to wreck her garage and nothing else, as the new driver accidentally pushed the gas instead of the brakes! Phew.
She captioned the hilarious photo with, "What happens when your 16 year old thinks she is pushing on the brakes when she is actually pushing on the gas…” At least she can make light of this situation, given everything she’s gone through this year. What a way to end 2017 though!
