Shannon Beador's daughter Sophie is headed to college! The Real Housewives of Orange County star's eldest daughter got her college acceptance letter this week and revealed where she will be attending in fall 2020 on November 7.
Sophie, 18, is set to attend Baylor University in Waco, Texas! She revealed on the news on Instagram where she donned the private Christian institution's signature green and gold garb. She rocked the college's sweatshirt and held onto green balloons in her photo.
"I couldn’t be more excited to be attending @bayloruniversity next fall!! thank you Jesus for this insane blessing!! #BU24 #sicem ???," Sophie wrote alongside her post.
Shannon, 55, also took to Instagram to congratulate her daughter on her big accomplishment. She shared a snap of Sophie posing by the Baylor University welcome sign and wrote, "So proud of my little girl who was accepted to @bayloruniversity !?? I can’t wait to watch you make your dreams come true @sophiebeador ! ❤️ #illbevisiting #often?." She added that she'll "be visiting often." Sophie will become a member of Baylor University's class of 2024. Shannon is a graduate of USC and recently told The Daily Dish that Sophie was considering her alma mater.
The reality star revealed that seeing her daughter grow up is "bittersweet." She added that Sophie "would love to go to a football school, a big football school in the south because she thinks the boys will be sweeter in the south, which I think is cute."
Shannon is also mom to daughters Adeline and Stella, who she shares with ex-husband David Beador. The pair were married for almost two decades before divorcing in 2019. The Bravo celeb is currently dating boyfriend John Janssen.
Last month, Shannon shared photos of her daughters going to their school's homecoming game. The girls looked stunning in their matching silk dresses and sneakers.
Shannon and John went public with their romance in August and he's even met Adeline, Stella and Sophie. “He’s met her three daughters and they all really like him," a source told RadarOnline.com. "Everyone who knows John knows that he is just a really solid, good guy.” "She is madly in love with John and the feeling is definitely mutual,” the insider continued. "Of course they have discussed marriage, just as every couple that’s in love does. They have both been in long marriages and they both are hoping that this relationship could lead to that.”
