Weight isn't the only thing Shannon Beador is losing. Radar Online exclusively reported on Tuesday morning that she split from her boyfriend Alex after only two months. So what went wrong here?
Alex was the first guy that Shannon started seeing since her messy split from her ex David, whom she was married to for 17 years.
Word got out that Shannon moved on with Alex, seen next to her in a photo with rocker Bret Michaels back in late May. A source told Radar that he was "an absolute sweetheart" and had already met her three kids.
So why did things end so quickly? Turns out that Alex was the perfect rebound for her after things ended with David but she wasn't looking to dive into anything too deep.

“Honestly, Shannon is not ready or willing to get into anything serious, and she didn’t want what he wanted — commitment,” a source close to her told Radar. “Alex was everything that any woman could hope for, but she just wants to be single right now and have fun. She wants to focus on herself and her kids.”
Her short-term relationship with Alex did give Shannon validation in one area, at least. "Alex was showering Shannon with gifts. It was great for her, because she learned she’s still a hot, desired woman," the source revealed. Regardless of the split, the insider claimed that the two remain "cordial" to this day.
