PHOTOSOK! Exclusive: Shereé Whitfield Defends Kim Fields’ Decision To Confront Kenya Moore Over Her ‘RHOA’ Disses

The Real Housewives of Atlanta's viewers were caught a little off guard during the show’s Feb. 20 episode when Kim Fields finally stood up to Kenya Moore over the rumors she shared about the actress and her family during the RHOA girls' Jamaica trip! But while speaking to OKMagazine.com about her castmates’ latest drama, Shereé Whitfield admitted she understands why Fields addressed Moore’s statements!
“I wasn't surprised because I, for one, can relate to Kim in the fact that I am a mother and have had my marriage talked about,” Whitfield said.
She continued, “So i knew that if anything would push her to the edge it would be that. Any mother is going to fight for her family and do anything they can to keep it intact.”
During the episode, Moore eventually apologized for some of her actions during the trip, including her decision to avoid Cynthia Bailey’s commercial shoot.
And while some viewers immediately questioned the sincerity of Moore’s statements, Whitfield said it was up to Bailey and Fields to draw their own conclusions about the apology!
“It isn't for me to say whether Kenya was sincere with her apology," she said.
